What you’ll be doing
This is a great opportunity to work with real professionals with 18 years of experience in fleet management and field services control, focused on the construction market. You would be a part of building a way to track customers’ assets, tools, vehicles, and workers using only one platform and be a part of a team that creates the highest quality construction management.
How you’ll spend your day
- Being the first person of contact for clients, conveying resolutions to their issues
- Escalating unresolved queries to the next level of support
- Managing tickets in the customer support software (Freshdesk)
- Suggesting recommended procedure modifications & improvements
- Liaising with the field technician (in French) to organize physical interventions for customers
- Performing customer onboarding tasks
- Providing remote training on products
- Writing or translating FAQs into French
You’ll be successful if you have
- Fluency in French (written and spoken)
- Great English skills
- Strong client-facing and communication skills
- Customer service orientation
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Similar work experience will be considered as an advantage

Salary
1170 – 2210 EUR/month gross (before tax) based on your competencies, skills, and experience.
